Project Management

Our typical projects are in the range of $2M - $50M in scale. We have experience delivering projects from highly complex engineering and IT environments through to simple roll outs. We are independent of technology providers. We understand traditional waterfall approaches as well as agile. Our focus i on delivering to the requirements whilst effectively overcoming and removing the barriers in order to ensure timelines and benefits expectations are met.

Project / Programme Rescue

Most projects run over time or over budget. Many different solutions have been developed to overcome this, but these tools often do not deliver. We use our Lean Six Sigma experience combined with team performance, change resilience techniques, project management rigour and a common sense, analytical approach in order to identify the true root cause of the problems and then develop strategies to overcome them.
